When you start out as level 50 I think the vocations are balanced (I didnt try Knight so much but atleast they have good healing which is basically the knights strongest side)
But as you play for a while sorcs get better and better because they grow fast in magic level, which is important for their sd/ue damage. Paladins can only advance in dist which doesnt give much damage anyways.
Solution: Lower magic rate, maybe make start magic level 39 instead of 38 to compensate for new mages.
